Darren Aronofsky’s Noah is teeming with star actors and actresses including Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone. It is now being reported that Sir Anthony Hopkins will take a role in the film, further solidifying an already stellar cast. Hopkins is reportedly set to play the role of Methuselah, a man who lives to be 969 and is Noah’s grandfather. The extent of the role is unclear as his character dies before the great flood. Hopkins’ latest roles have been hit-or-miss, but I’m hoping this role will plant itself in the hit category. Noah is set for release Easter 2014.
